Shipping and Delivery Policy
deborahgaspar.com offers shipping via UPS. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in your shipping address information. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Ground/Standard Delivery: $12.00 per order.

Delivery Arrival Time
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. In unique cases, orders may take additional time. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Ground/Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays)
Refunds and Returns
We hope you are pleased with every aspect of your order. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will accept merchandise in its original condition, without signs of wear or any alterations, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please call us at (855) LOVEDGD or email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number because we are not able to accept returned or exchanged items if you have not received our approval.
Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of the day we receive your return. The credit card charged will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.
On the front of the Packing Slip (enclosed with the purchase) write the reason for return and Return Authorization Number. Enclose the Packing Slip with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging, and ship by UPS your items prepaid and insured to:

If you would like to exchange an item, please tell us when you place your request for a Return Authorization Number. When you are shipped the new item, you will be charged at the normal rate for the delivery option you select.
