Shipping and Delivery Policy
deborahgaspar.com offers shipping via UPS. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in your shipping address information. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Cost
Ground/Standard Delivery:  $12.00 per order.

For 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, call (855) LOVEDGD or email customerservice@deborahgaspar.com for a quote.

Delivery Arrival Time
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. In unique cases, orders may take additional time. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Ground/Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, except holidays)


Refunds and Returns
We hope you are pleased with every aspect of your order. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will accept merchandise in its original condition, without signs of wear or any alterations, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please call us at (855) LOVEDGD or email us at customerservice@deborahgaspar.com to request a Return Authorization Number because we are not able to accept returned or exchanged items if you have not received our approval.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of the day we receive your return. The credit card charged will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping.

On the front of the Packing Slip (enclosed with the purchase) write the reason for return and Return Authorization Number. Enclose the Packing Slip with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging, and ship by UPS your items prepaid and insured to:

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item, please tell us when you place your request for a Return Authorization Number. When you are shipped the new item, you will be charged at the normal rate for the delivery option you select.


Repair Policy
In the event a repair is needed, we will gladly provide service for any design purchased through deborahgaspar.com. Please email customerservice@deborahgaspar.com for instructions. In your email include your name, telephone number, Order ID number and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with information on how to proceed.


Sales Tax
Deborah Gaspar, LLC is required by Texas state law to charge an 8.25% sales tax on all orders being shipped within Texas. This tax will be calculated based upon the total cost of the order, including shipping charges. The tax will be calculated and added to your order after you have provided your shipping information while placing your order. Orders to any other state will not be charged sales tax.
